DoNotCarry operates as an eCommerce marketplace and delivery platform, facilitating transactions between customers and vendors.
DoNotCarry does not set or control individual vendors’ cancellations, returns, or refund policies. Each vendor establishes its own policies, which are displayed on its product listings. Customers are required to review and accept these policies before completing a purchase.

These policies may vary based on the product type, vendor preferences, and applicable laws. Customers are responsible for reviewing these terms before purchasing.
Before placing an order, customers must confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the vendor’s cancellation, return, and refund policies. A mandatory acknowledgment checkbox will appear at checkout, requiring customers to agree to the vendor’s terms before proceeding.
Once an order is placed, the vendor’s policy applies and will be strictly followed.
Customers may cancel an order only if the vendor’s policy allows it and the request is submitted within its stated cancellation window.
Customers should check the vendor’s cancellation policy on the product page. If cancellation is allowed, the request must be made before the vendor processes or ships the order.
Go to My Account (top right corner) > My Orders > search for your order item > Cancel button.
If the vendor has already processed or shipped the order, cancellation will not be possible; there will not be a Cancel button.
Vendors will approve or deny the request based on their stated policy.
If approved, the refund process (if applicable) will follow the vendor’s refund policy.
All refund and return requests are subject to the vendor’s policy. Vendors specify whether returns are accepted, the return window, and any conditions, such as item condition requirements or customer responsibility for return shipping costs.
DoNotCarry does not issue refunds on behalf of vendors. Any refunds will be processed directly by the vendor under their policy.
Customers who disagree with a vendor’s decision may contact DoNotCarry Support for assistance. DoNotCarry will review the transaction and communication history but will only mediate following the vendor’s established policies.
DoNotCarry will not override vendor policies under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for understanding and agreeing to the vendor’s policies before making a purchase. Disputes regarding cancellations, refunds, or returns will always follow the vendor’s stated policy.
